Rentals and Parties

The Millview Clubhouse is available for rent year-round, and includes use of pavilion October-April. During the swim season, pavilion space is available on a first-come-first-served basis. The clubhouse is furnished with folding tables and chairs, large-screen TV, bathrooms and kitchen.

Any Millview Swim Club member can book a party. Pool parties include the use of pool facilities for all paid guests for up to 4 hours, as well as access to the pavilion (as space is available). Pool parties are not private, and other members may use the facility at the same time. Parties with fewer than 10 guests do not require a party fee. Per guest fee applies.
